Prohibited Content

Scope and current availability

This policy covers the images and descriptions we publish in the free gallery, how those images may be used, and concerns reported to us. Gallery images are AI-generated and selected before publication. Published gallery content and reports about it can be reviewed manually.

These prohibitions also cover uploads, prompts, reference images, and generated results when personalized generation is enabled. The generator accepts only a single authorized adult portrait and uses automated safety checks for submitted material and results. Checks that are unavailable or uncertain block processing or delivery. Automated moderation is not a claim of human review of every image, and it does not replace reports or guarantee that every misuse will be detected. When the generator controls are disabled, no personalized upload or generation is offered.

Pornography and NSFW sexual content

Do not create, request, upload, publish, distribute, or use HolidayPFP content for pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, fetish content intended for sexual arousal, or other NSFW sexual material. This applies to realistic, illustrated, edited, and AI-generated content.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, and any sexualized depiction of a minor or a character represented as a minor are prohibited. Adult consent does not make otherwise prohibited sexual content acceptable on HolidayPFP.

Violence and graphic gore

Graphic violence or gore is prohibited, including depictions of severe injury, dismemberment, mutilation, torture, or cruelty intended to shock, threaten, or glorify harm. Do not use the service to promote or facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, or serious violence, or to threaten a person or group.

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and real-person misuse

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is prohibited: do not create, request, share, or distribute intimate or sexual material depicting an identifiable person without that person’s consent. This includes synthetic sexual images, sexualized deepfakes, face-swapped intimate material, and “nudifying” images.

Misleading real-person deepfakes, impersonation, and fabricated intimate situations are prohibited. For personalized generation, you may submit only your own material or material you have permission to use. Permission to use a photo does not override these prohibitions or authorize sexualization, deception, or privacy violations.

Other prohibited uses

Do not use the gallery for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, hate, exploitation, or sexual content involving minors.

Do not violate privacy, misrepresent a real person, infringe intellectual-property rights, imply an endorsement that does not exist, or try to bypass site safety or access controls.

Report content and request a review

Report a concern to support@holidaypfp.com, using the subject “Content report”, or use the details on our Contact page. Include the relevant page URL or asset ID, the category of concern, and a short non-graphic explanation. An account is not required.

Do not attach sexual images, child exploitation material, private photographs, passwords, or identity documents. If more information is needed, we can explain what is appropriate to provide. You may use the same contact channel to explain why you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken.

Review scope, timing, and enforcement

We assess reports about content we publish and the use of our service. Reports are reviewed manually; this is not a continuously staffed emergency service, and there is no guaranteed hourly or daily review deadline. Review and action take place as soon as reasonably practicable, with timing depending on the information available, the seriousness of the concern, and whether additional investigation is needed.

Credible reports of child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, illegal content, or imminent threats are prioritized over routine concerns. We may temporarily remove or disable affected gallery content while a concern is investigated. Confirmed violations may result in content removal, restricted access, or suspension of an account when account features are available, as explained in our Terms of Use. We cannot recall copies already downloaded to other devices or guarantee removal from third-party sites.
