Terms of Use

The gallery

HolidayPFP provides AI-generated Christmas profile pictures for personal profile use. Downloads are free, require no account, and contain no HolidayPFP watermark.

Images may not be unique and may resemble other generated work. We do not guarantee exclusive rights, commercial clearance, or acceptance by a particular platform.

Use responsibly

You are responsible for the way you use a downloaded picture. Do not use the gallery to impersonate someone, deceive others, infringe rights, or break the law. Read our Usage Policy and Prohibited Content rules.

Features and availability

Optional email-and-password accounts may be available for personalized features. Creating an account does not grant paid credits or guarantee generator availability. Protect your password and use only your own email address.

Personalized generation, uploads, and credit purchases are available only when the relevant website controls are enabled. They may be unavailable or paused. Gallery availability and individual images may change. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Personalized images and credits

When the generator is available, it accepts a single authorized adult portrait. Submit only your own photo or a photo you have permission to use, and follow the Usage Policy and Prohibited Content rules. A matching-palette style does not provide couple or family generation. No additional commercial rights or exclusivity are included.

The displayed one-time packs are 20 image credits for USD 4.99 and 60 image credits for USD 9.99. Purchased credits never expire. One successful HD image uses one credit. Unlocking a stored free-preview original uses one credit without generating a replacement; repeat downloads of the same paid image do not use another credit. Prices and the final payment total are shown before purchase.

Credits do not keep image files indefinitely. Private generated results have a 7-day access window; the actual expiry is shown with the results. Download them before expiry. See the Refund Policy for unused credit-pack requests and the Privacy Policy for data handling.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The gallery and personalized AI-generated images are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, exclusivity, or commercial or third-party rights clearance. Review an image before using it and check the rules of the platform where you intend to use it.

You are responsible for how you use, crop, share, or distribute a downloaded image. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HolidayPFP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or unavailability of the gallery, or for losses caused by using an image in breach of these Terms, the Usage Policy, or the Prohibited Content rules. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Violations and enforcement

The Usage Policy and Prohibited Content rules form part of these Terms. If we identify a violation, credible rights complaint, or harmful or unlawful use, we may remove or disable access to affected gallery content, restrict abusive access, or suspend an account when account features are available. The action will depend on the issue and the controls available; we do not promise to detect every misuse.

We cannot recall copies that have already been downloaded to another device. If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, contact support@holidaypfp.com with the relevant asset ID or account reference and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Questions or rights concerns

Use the contact information on our Contact page to report a problem. If a picture raises a credible rights concern, include its asset ID and the relevant details so it can be reviewed.
