The gallery is free. This policy also explains requests for optional credit purchases.

Free gallery downloads
Gallery downloads are free, so there are no gallery download charges to refund. Optional image-credit packs are separate one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Unused credit packs
You may request a refund for an unused image-credit pack within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@holidaypfp.com from the email associated with the purchase and include the order reference so we can review the payment record.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, card security codes, or private photographs. Payment processing and refund handling involve Waffo. We do not promise an immediate or fixed processing deadline.
This request window does not limit any mandatory refund, remedy, or other consumer right under applicable law, or any additional rights available under Waffo’s applicable buyer terms (https://www.waffo.ai/en/buyer-terms).
Unexpected charge
If you believe a charge refers to HolidayPFP, check the merchant name and contact us through our Contact page. Do not send full card details.
